Shipping
We will ship your order by UPS or Canada Post, whichever is best for you. Orders will be shipped out of our warehouse within 2 to 4 business days. Depending on the shipping you choose, your order will arrive within 3 to 4 business days with expedited shipping, or 1 to 2 business days with express shipping from the time it leaves our warehouse. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. All orders over 50.00 shipped out from us will require a signature.
For orders shipped to the United States, expedited shipping is 8 business days and express shipping is 5 business days. Any customs fees and duties will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
If we cannot fulfill your order within the 2 to 4 business days, you will be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order. We will inform you at that time with an accurate delivery date for your order so that you can consider your options.
Our website has only estimated shipping rates. Nail Depot reserves the right to re-quote shipping charges. You will be notified of any cost variance and possible options before we ship your order. Nail Depots shipping policy is to pass on the actual cost of the shipping without handling charges and no surcharges on these costs.
Retuns
All returns require a return authorization number?
(by calling 1-800-668-2256) within 7 days of receiving shipment.
After 7 days a 20% restocking fee will apply.
All returns must be in good condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. You will be credited for the total amount less the shipping charges.
There are NO returns on any powders, liquids or UV gels due to health regulations.
